To access Start10 right click on start button, you CAN CHANGE STYLE THERE.

If you want to use Startisback instead, just remove Start10 shortcut from startup folder:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

You can change Cortana seach from bar to icon or disable, I have it showing, right click on it
