Skin Stygian Win10 + Ipack

A small tutorial on how to install and apply Windows 10 Themes.

To install make sure your system is first patched to accept third party custom themes.

I first recommend you make a System Restore point before doing so.

Download UltraUXThemePatcher and install it. A reboot may be required.

Download OldNewExplorer and install.

1.Put folder and file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
