Threat Protection Updates

Hi, I am wondering how do I disable Threat and Protection Updates from Windows 10?
It keeps downloading everytime I logged on or Go Online. Im using something like Shadow Defender but I only use Windows Defender for protection I guess.

Or if it has offline updates like ESET have?


PS: I don't want to remove Windows Defender, I just need to disable its protection updates from getting into servers and do auto updates.
