First of all, thanks to @CzechShark for allowing me to use his gen2 build as my base for optimum10 v4.
For setting up PIN:- "i figured it somehow. Search for "PIN" in startisback's search pane and there's a "setup PIN sign-in" option which leads you directly to the "inner" sign-in options submenu... and there i created my pin..."
