Google Search does not take to Home Page but a Windows 10 sub forum

Hi,
Just out of curiosity I am asking. When I search Team OS on Google, it shows the first result pointing to Windows 10 forum.
https://www.teamos-hkrg.com/index.php?forums/windows-10-x64.44/

But I thought it should have pointed to Home/Index Page https://www.teamos-hkrg.com/index.php

Earlier it was pointing to the Index page.
Does anyone have any idea why?
